As an employee, you’re eligible for life insurance from USAble Life which will be offered at no cost to you. Life insurance provides your next of kin with up to $50K in the event of a covered employee’s death. Extra Voluntary insurances are available for purchase through the company at highly discounted rates for employees who are interested in increasing their coverage amounts.

Source Consulting offers a 401(K) plan with a company match of up to 4% of your annual earnings. Our plan is administered by ADP. Our funds are reviewed annually to ensure that only the best funds are available for investment purposes.Employees can participate in a 401K plan once they complete 6 months of employment with us.

Employees enjoy the flexibility of 10 days of PTO annually, accrued on a monthly basis. The plan allows you to use the days as and when you please until 1 year from the date of accrual.
